What cue shaft is better the Cutec OB1, Predator Z 2 gen, other

The ''best'' shaft is of course, a matter of preference for ur style of play. Do u want a finesse shaft? A solid shaft? There r dozens of well-made shafts. l suggest that u get some information on the construction of the shaft in combination with the type of shaft YOU prefer. They carry every brand of cue shaft that u have asked about ---and then some!

Well, if you're looking for low deflection, the Predator Z2 produces the least, & it is not really even close. However, cue ball deflection is not the ultimate rating of a shaft is performance. The shaft & cue that works best for ur game is a function of how the cue is characteristics match up with ur playing style & what you're comfortable with. l personally switched from a low deflection shaft to a cue with what might be considered a fairly high deflection custom cue & l am playing better now. It is not because the low deflection shaft was bad, but that it did not work as well with my playing style as a high quality, traditional shaft.

Anyway, my point is that u really must try different shafts & cues out to see what is right for you. Most aftermarket shafts r good quality, so that is not really even an issue. But there is a big difference between finding a quality shaft & the right shaft for you.
