My dad owns a pool hall in fredericksburg called Q ball billiards, but currently there has been a lot of problems cause the ''agents'' for Virginia that have to do with alcohol dont like the stores that sell more alcohol than food. So it has to be equal, the way pool halls make money is mainly the bar. Its not a resturant, how can it be equal when everybody in Virginia comes in at 10 and gets wasted till 2.

Does anybody know any thing to counteract this kind of stuff. Idk any legal things or facts anything to get rid of these mofos. My dad had to go to court 2 times cause of that. And he told me usually at the 3rd time those mofos want u at court again he said there going to take the billiards.

So im pretty pissed and l want them to get run over by 18 wheelers.

In maryland they are can sell how much alcohol they want, and no problem. Its easy to be able to start a pool hall in MD cause u can get the legal crap easily unlike VA. but to get that legal stuff u have to be a resident. So l mean wtf is up VA?

and were korean so its not like we do a underground drug business either, just trying to make a living in springfield which is the hardest place to live at cause everybody is rich and white. Just some corrupt bastards at the top just want mo money.

If l had 5 million dollars l would pay 1 milli to assassinate each one, guess life always comes down to a gun and money. nothing much else huh...

l lived in Md most of my life, and still do not understand Virginia. l just know its a commonwealth state. They have no pro sport teams, there police are the assholes of the nation, and that place is prejudice against minorities, especially the southern western part. l suggest move.

l feel ur pain. The laws r somewhat similar in Florid in that u have to make at least 51% of ur gross income from table time & food in the pool room, at least according to the city l live in. They can shut u down if u make the majority of ur income from beer & wine sales. ( l do not have any interest in the liquor group).

l would council someone in ur position to do some creative book keeping to show the majority of ur income comes from food & gaming. Some might suggest that is illegal or even immoral but no more so than the city letting a pool hall open in the first place knowing where the bulk of their income is really derived from.

There r more loop holes in any government bureaucracy than u can imagine but a good attorney & accountant can keep the wolves at bay for you.
