l do think that you can throw them out of your table, l know you can in chess.! after the game. l think they do it to distract you mostly!. and it seems like it works.

That is more than likely because you play in social rooms, they're FULL of people like that. Go to a begginer, intermediate, or advanced room. It is more focused on the game and not the socialization. And just so you know, reporting them does not work at all. Unless you have a whole colony of people to report one person. wo not bother with a single report on someone and ban them.
