Call 813-818-7665 & make sure that this is his place before u make a special trip (Planet 9-Ball in Tampa). His profile on the IPT website said he was *working* on opening one (it gave the name & location), so l did not expect to see a listing when l checked, but there it was. Of course, the IPT website probably has not been updated in a while :)
